Dealers preparing for JMoF 2027 have two tasks to complete by 31 October: pay their exhibition fee and, if they have requested electricity, answer the organizer’s power-use form. The JMoF Executive Committee issued separate reminders on its official Bluesky account on 29 October.
The payment notice says the convention cannot prepare a booth for dealers who miss the deadline. Organizers also say they have contacted dealers by email, making the message in an applicant’s inbox the place to check their individual arrangements.
The second notice concerns dealers who want to use power at their booth. Those applicants have been emailed a form covering electricity requirements. Without a response by 31 October, the committee says it cannot arrange their supply.
These are deadlines for dealer arrangements, rather than a new application window. JMoF’s Dealer’s Den page lists the earlier application period as ending on 12 October. Applicants should check both the payment correspondence and the separate electricity form instead of assuming that completing one settles the other.
JMoF 2027 is scheduled for 8–10 January at Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname, Aichi. The 29 October reminders do not specify a time of day for the deadline.
