Infurnity attendees needing assistance during this weekend’s convention are being directed to the on-site ConOps team. In a 28 October post, the organizer said online communications would no longer be monitored and asked participants to visit ConOps during the event.
The notice matters for people waiting for a reply before or during their visit: a social-media message is no longer the convention’s stated route for getting help. The event runs from 30 October to 1 November at Fullon Hotel Lihpao Land in Taichung.
Infurnity’s attendee guide also says staff will be occupied on site and will not answer social-media or email inquiries from 27 October. That guide gives an earlier start date than the 28 October social reminder; both direct questions to staff in person.
For badge collection, the guide tells attendees to bring valid identification or a passport, confirm their registration category and join the corresponding queue at ConOps. It also says the schedule and venue map are supplied as a separate folded leaflet alongside the con book.
The communication notice does not give a date for online replies to resume.
