春晖集 (Spring Sunshine Gathering)

The second Star Beast Gathering is listed for February 10, 2024 in Xiamen. A Bilibili ticket listing gives Jiahe Liangku Cultural and Creative Park as the venue but shows February 20, conflicting with the FEC timeline and FurryFurry archive; this draft follows the two calendar histories and records the date discrepancy.
