BicK 3.5: Fursuit Greeting at Kumafes

BicK held a 3.5 gathering as part of Kumafes on December 11, 2016. The organizer’s TwiPla notice invited fursuit participants to walk through central Kumamoto and join the cosplay event; it also described Kumafes as a city cosplay festival.
